Privacy policy
This site collects as little as it can. There is no account to create, no newsletter to join and no form to fill in — the only way to send me anything is to email me, and then I have whatever you chose to write.
What is collected
Anonymised analytics: which pages get read, roughly which country a visit came from, and which links get clicked. I use it to work out which questions people actually have. It is not sold, and it is not used to build a profile of you.
GetYourGuide widgets and cookies
The booking widgets and tour links on this site are served by GetYourGuide, and they set cookies so that a booking can be attributed to this site. If you book, you do it on GetYourGuide’s own pages under their privacy policy, and the details you enter there never reach me. See the affiliate disclosure for what that arrangement is.
Your choices
Blocking cookies in your browser will stop the attribution and will not break anything you came here to read. Every page of guidance on this site works with JavaScript off; only the live availability widgets need it. If you want to know what I hold about you, or want it removed, email me.
